	Abstract:	Morris Ullman (1835-1908) was a German Jew who emigrated to the United States in 1849. With his brother Emanuel and his cousin Leopold Einstein, he founded the Ullman, Einstein Company, a liquor business in Cleveland, Ohio. When it was dissolved in 1919, his son Monroe and grandson Rufus founded the Ullman and Einstein Realty Company. Rufus had previously served with the United States Army in World War I. The collection consists of correspondence, legal and financial papers, distillery formula books, receipts, certificates, newspaper clippings, and scrapbooks.

	Abstract:	Charles W. Sellers (1888-1972) was an attorney who served with the First Squadron Ohio Cavalry, Ohio National Guard during its Mexican border service (1916-1917), and commanded Company G of the 308th Ammunition Train, 83rd Division, American Expeditionary Forces, in France during World War I. The collection consists of correspondence, copies of clippings, military documents, and postcards relating to Sellers' military service.

	Abstract:	William Tully Bascom was an Ohio journalist and editor. His daughter Laura L., a music teacher and soloist, married Dr. Hiram H. Little. Their son, Tully Bascom Little, was a Cleveland businessman who became chairman of the National Defense Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. W.T. Bascom's son, Gustavus, fought in the Civil War and became a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army. The collection consists of correspondence, diaries, newspaper clippings, memorabilia, and genealogical and autobiographical material.

4	Title:	Wilbur F. Hinman Papers

	Abstract:	Wilbur F. Hinman was a soldier in Company E of the 65th Regiment of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the American Civil War. He was wounded at the battle of Chickamauga in 1863 yet remained in the service until his company mustered out in November 1865. The collection consists of letters from Hinman to his family in Berea, Ohio, while he was in the service. Topics include the battle of Stone's River at Murfreesboro in 1863 and the Atlanta campaign of 1864. Also included are a letter from David Hinman to his wife, and a letter to Wilbur Hinman from Carrie Starr.
